Welcome Esteemed Colleagues!
Evidence Based Client Centered Care

WHAT MAKES RCF DIFFERENT FROM OTHER AGENCIES?
- RCF programming is outcomes based. We constantly do research to improve our methodologies and deliver the highest level of evidenced based treatment to each client. Our behavioral rehabilitation program is designed for a 6 to 9 month average discharge for most maladaptive behaviors.
- RCF has strict programming restrictions; qualification for medical necessity is difficult – our behavioral health program only accepts clients with true behavioral issues. If assessment finds that the reason for referral is better treated by another treatment modality, referrals to quality area resources are made immediately. RCF takes the science of treatment very seriously.
- RCF is selective about program admission. We do not accept more than 50 clients for programming. When we reach our 50 client limit, clients are temporarily wait listed until current clients graduate successfully from program. Wait list times are not generally longer than 30 days due to graduation rates. It is our goal that every client in need of mental health and rehabilitative services receive what they need to heal.
- RCF has a stable core group of trained professionals who carry out certain steps of treatment. Training is ongoing, our team is up-to-date on all treatment modalities and evidence based methodologies. Clients can expect consistent schedules. We have found that this stabilizes the process of treatment and allows the client to achieve greater levels of success.
About RCF

Rainbow Child & Family Services (RCF) is an agency dedicated to producing positive outcomes in the Southern Nevada mental health community. RCF aims to achieve this by focusing on the essential practices of behavior therapies; tracking targeted behaviors and responses. Trained RCF cilinicians, providers and student interns have engaging and observational roles, where client progress is determined based on the applied treatment goals which can be measured, researched and reported to treatment team members.
