Our Programs
RCF exercises both traditional and contemporary elements of behavioral treatment approaches, and closely tracks the treatment outcomes by analyzing the frequency of observed desireable behavior. RCF is an outcomes-based organization; providing monthly case reports to the treatment team documenting the specific goals of the client, and measuring the level of progress using quantitative research data.
Outpatient Therapy
RCF strongly believes in a collaborative service model in order to achieve maximum results. Our therapists are extensively trained in evidence based treatment modalities. RCF clinicians deliver efficacious and consistent care to individuals, families, couples and specialized groups. Assessment Services
RCF provides high quality assessments conducted by licensed clinicians. Our professional team will schedule every referral within 24 hours, keeping in mind that the client's schedule must be respected and worked around. After the assessment appointment is completed, our team provides a written and electronic copy of the assessment within 48 hours. Our team members are experts in behavioral health assessments, and write quality narratives that can be copied directly into prior authorization requests to ensure the client(s) receive every medically necessary service in a timely fashion.
Crisis Intervention Team
RCF provides 24 hour, 7 day a week rapid crisis intervention services to individuals and families in need in the Southern Nevada community. Our licensed professionals will respond within 3 hours of initial referral. RCF employs a highly trained clinical staff that are available to respond quickly. Personal Independence (PI) Program
RCF has developed a 15-part and 12-step program for young adults interested in becoming more self-sufficient. The PI program is based on the psychological concepts and practices of self-actualization, emotional and cognitive development theories and is individualized to assist the client in accomplishing tailored goals and objectives.
Research Initiatives
RCF is dedicated to improving the delivery of mental health care in the Southern Nevada area. Our current research is focused on outpatient mental health, crisis intervention services, and behavioral modification/rehabilitation. Click here to check out current research projects and data.
Basic Skills Training (BST) Program
The RCF Basic Skills Training Program teaches self-care skills in a one-on-one setting so recipients are able to learn how to manage their daily lives. BST Trainers assist our consumers in improving their social and communication skills sets, in addition to teaching organization and time management.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Program
The RCF Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program teaches behavior management skills which deal with affective, cognitive and behavioral responses to various situations. Clients learn how to positively reflect anger, manage conflicts and express their frustrations verbally. PSR services teach cliants about the dynamic relationship between actions and consequences.
PSR Trainers also teach social skills related to the identification of appropriate boundaries and healthy interpersonal interactions; problem identification and resolution, effective communications and listening skills sets, moral reasoning and judgement, accepting personal identity and achieving intimacy in relationships, self-sufficiencies, setting and accomplishing life goals, dealing with anxiety and other coping strategies.
RCF Employment Standards
RCF hires BST & PSR Trainers based on their abilities to execute the company mission and provide a high quality service to our valued consumers. Providers must remain independently enrolled as a Medicaid Service Provider*; therein requiring a related degree, and experience in the social service field. In addition to Medicaid Service requirements, RCF holds the BST & PSR Providers to the highest professional standards; providers are trained in client-centered approaches, cisis management and facilitating medically appropriate services to adults, children and families.
