GETTING SERVICES IS SIMPLE!
- Do you have the correct insurance coverage? We are currently accepting Fee-for-Service Medicaid recipients and cash paying clients only. If this does not describe you, we will be happy to give you several referrals to other community resources.
- If you are covered by FFS Medicaid or would like to pay cash for services, please fill out the referral form you see below and return it to RCF offices for immediate response from our clinical team.
- If you have any issues or questions, please call us at 866-9959. We are available to help!
